Comments: |
b/w narrated game film of the 1948 NFL Championship. The Cardinals and Eagles had battled for the title in 1947 and the Cardinals won that game. This time, the Eagles would pull it out, but they had to do it in the worst possible conditions. This was likely the worst championship game weather ever as the game was played in a blinding snowstorm. The only score of the game was Steve Van Buren scoring from 5 yards out in the 2nd half. Narrated by Bob Hall. |
