A crazy game. The 49ers score a touchdown on their first play with a 76 yard TD pass from Jeff Garcia to Terrell Owens. The Giants still got out to a 38-14 lead before the 49ers stage a huge comeback to defeat the Giants 39-38 and advance to the NFC Divisional round.

This is an early digital recording-not converted from tape. So the clarity is generally as good as you can find for this game. But there are some light, vertical "ghost lines" at the left edge of the screen. Plus, all copies of this game will have limits to how good they can look, as Fox`s experimentation with digital broadcasting led to some glare and fuzziness.
