Washington and Warren Moon upset the Wolverines 27-20. This broadcast best plays at 50% less video to appreciate a clear broadcast. This is my upgrade copy, but yet I always wish for more. Kickoff of the Don James era and a true appreciation of Warren Moon and his UW contribution. WooF. Curt Gowdy and John Brodie in the booth. As for the game, Warren Moon with a couple TD runs and a nice corner lob from 30 yards out to Spider Gaines gives UW a 24-0 lead. Rick Leach leads Michigan back and with 2 possessions inside 4 minutes to win, the Washington Defense holds. Classic game finish. |
