Comments:	Penn State Rolled in on a 15 Game winning Streak and in competition for a National Title. The Crept out with a rather embarassing loss to a good Tennessee Team. This was The Beginning of a Schedule Upgrade That Penn State had undertaken and having Undefeated teams in the 60`s never win a National Title. It paid Dividends down the line but this was one of the early lumps.
