#1 ND vs. #3 WVU for the National Championship. Notre Dame is too big, too fast and too strong for Major Harris and the Mountaineers in this one as Notre Dame is returned to glory with a National Title! The Mountaineers would finish 5th in the country. Not bad for the Mountaineers.
