The Houston Oilers finally win and snap a 17 game losing streak, one of the worst in NFL history. The entire week building up to the game, Earl Campbell was complaining and asking to be traded to another team, so perhaps they found their motivation. This would be Oliver Luck`s first career start at quarterback and this game is also famous for perhaps the most notorious run of Billy Sims career. He took a pitch right and jumping over a defender he put his cleats right in another Houston player`s face and got a personal foul called. Jim Hill and John Dockery have the call. |
