In rain soaked Philadelphia, the Bears score an early touchdown and that would be all they needed in a low scoring game. The rain fell enough to create puddles all over the field and make footing treacherous. One play of note, two future coaches clashed as players and the end result was not good. Jeff Fisher of the Bears returned a punt and was tackled by Bill Cowher of the Eagles. Fisher broke his leg on the play and was carried off the field. Tim Ryan and Johnny Morris have the call. |
