The St. Louis Cardinals built up a 24 point lead going into the 4th quarter, but the Vikings came back with three touchdowns to make it close in the end. Lots of emotion and big plays by both sides. A key moment that led to the Cardinals final points was on an interception by Lomax, Doug Martin was called for roughing the passer and then got an unsportsmanlike penalty tacked on for chucking the penalty flag. The 30 yard penalty gave the Cardinals the ball on the 5 and allowed them to get their final touchdown to seal the win. Tom Brookshier and Charlie Waters have the call. |
