Navy wore their 1959 uniforms to celebrate the first game ever played in Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium which opened 50 years ago to the day. Navy jumps out to a 10-0 lead, but Kawaun Jakes who is making his first career start for the Hilltoppers leads them to 14 points to take the lead late in the first half. In the second half, Navy blows the doors out and wins by 18. Ricky Dobbs rushes for 4 touchdowns and passes for another for Navy. Craig Bolerjack and Randy Cross have the call. |
