Devils win 3-1 to even the series at 2 games apiece but it is more notable because of the replacement refs and linesmen due to the fallout of the incident between Devils coach Jim Schonfeld and Referee Don Koharski which led to Schoenfeld being suspended but filed an injunction which led the regular referees not even getting on the ice. |
